Not often but I will find phone has just shut down, it takes a reboot to get it working. I see on the S4 forum with the new S4 some people are reporting this same item.
Be sure to contact Samsung Support and let them know of this problem. Just click on the Samsung name below. Or call them at 1-800-726-7864 Besure to get the HEX Number of your phone it's under the battery. They will need this number to assist you. Samsung
