Some URLs being entered twice and page isn't loading

I'm having a weird problem with some websites I enter the url and then the url will be entered twice an the page will not load.

I've tried with different browsers, but the same thing happens. One of the websites I am trying to get to is avenuetheatre.ca, I enter the url then the browser enters it as http://avenutheatre.cahttp://avenuetheatre.ca

I think it might be the ad blocker I am using (I'm using adaway), but I tried disabling and even uninstalling adaway but that didn't fix the problem.

I figured it out. The problem is Kaspersky Tablet Security. I read on thier forums that this is a common issue with version 10.4.45, so I just uninstalled Kaspersky until this problem is fixed.
