Help Some videos play upside down on PC

Last night I pulled the pictures and videos off of my phone over to my PC. But when I went to view them some of them were upside down. Not everything was upside down but about half of them were.

I saw in one of the previous threads where it was suggested that you need to click on "import" instead of "open" and it shouldn't do that. I don't remember seeing that option but it might have been there and I didn't notice it.

The pictures I turned around with no problem but I can't figure out how to flip the videos around. I looked at all the videos before I pulled them off and they all played in the normal right side up configuration.

Are you maybe holding the phone the wrong way round sometimes?
I'm no sure if it uses sensors to correct that.
I've always held phones the same way (when looking at the phone in normal vertical position, rotate it anti clockwise 45

I've always rotated it clockwise ever since I've had it but this is the first time I've transferred anything off of it over to the PC.

I'm going to a concert tomorrow night and then another one Saturday night so I'll take some video and pictures both ways to see if it's any different. Now I just need to figure out how to rotate those that I've already transferred off of it.

I shot two videos last night and I rotated the phone counter clockwise this time and I also used "import" when I transferred them over to my laptop. They were both fine and normal and not upside down. I don't know if it was the counter clockwise rotation or using the "import" that put them right side up but now I at least know one or both of them are the proper procedure.
