Root somebody please tell me I'm not going crazy! !!!!

I flashed Jerry's latest backside rom on my phone Wednesday, I'm on vacation this week so I did alot of playing around with all the customization on here. Now i know I seen a screen on here somewhere about the t9dialer and cwma and some other settings on it. I've been on here for hours looking for this screen
could someone please tell me how to find it and more importantly what these settings are and should they be checked marked or not!?!?!?

How long should I wait before overclocking?

Open the dialer as if you are going to make a call, press the settings button
T9 is the default dialer, you probably should just leave everything on that menu as is and overclock only when you understand it enough, and know what the safest stablest speeds are.

Edit: take a breather.

The best settings for overall performance and battery life (one usually doesn't go with the other) is this: 480MHz min (leave min here whenever overclocked past 700MHz, do not go above this as the min is where the phone idles) and 768MHz max (it might vary one setting up or down depending on you phone). The best governor to use is Interactive X.

A good rule of thumb to set your CPU is to start at 748MHz, then increase the setting one level at a time slowly. Open up a few apps, including the Gallery. Keep doing this until the phone reboots on it's own. Now bump the CPU setting down two levels.

With the min set at 480MHz and your CPU set at as per the above instructions you will get the best battery off charge times and still get great performance.

If you need to play a Video game that requires more out of the CPU, change to a performance governor and bump the CPU speed up one level. Remembering to switch back after done.

Try just wiping dalvik cache and cache partition.
