Root Someone help I wanna update to gingerbread!

ok i wipe my cache, dalvik cache, and data and now im trying to flash the rom but it aborted and it says E: Can't open /sdcard/Synergy-RLS1-supersonic.zip(bad)
what should i do?
 
ooo so i look in my folder where i donwloaded the rom and its only 110mb but the website says its 297mb so it just never finished downloading. ill try it again i guess

I usually do them on my phone at night. I set my wifi to not sleep when plugged in and start the download(s) before going to bed. When I get up, they are done and ready to flash. No need to transfer then to my card, just nandroid, wipe and flash. :)
