Help Someone help please??

May update for my Transform Ultra messed it up. I was fooling around on wifi when somehting popped up saying I needed to update. I updated it and ever since then it doesn't work on my internet. It works on everyone elses. I hard reset the phone. Factory data reset. Removed the battery and even played with airplane mode. The wifi 3g and phone signal shows up white not green. How can I fix this myself? Thanks!

I'm surprised that doing a "reset" didn't fix the issue. Is your device "rooted" by any chance?

Thank you and no, I don't know how to root it so nope. It isn't rooted.
