Root Someone point me to a port guide?

My triumph broke awhile back and the only radio shack in Spanaway doesn't carry it anymore. The only thing i miss about it is MIUI (2.3). I see there is already one but it is not fully functional and damn it MIUI is amazing! Point me in the right direction folks. Where is the guide for ports? Please, thank you with a cherry on top.
