im on phone #5 but this was an issue with #3 and the main issue for me returning it aside from the annoying keyboard issue that has effected every one of my epics to an extent ...... even after a few hard resets it only took a few hours to occur again .. phone was 100% stock and no apps from market dl at all ..... i woulda posted pics sooner but havent had time to sit at a desktop
