Help Something is murdering my battery

I recently did a refresh, and reinstalled all my apps. Besides recovering a ton of memory, another benefit seems my GPS has improved a lot. Not great, but certainly better. But now the battery dies REALLY fast. the only thing I've done differently is heavily modify my screen setting using ADW launcher and beautiful widgets. When I check battery usage, it just shows "Cell Standby" and Phone Idle". I can't imagine this making a big difference on my power consumption. Anybody notice a battery drop when using these APPS?

It was Colonel Mustard, in the Library, with the Candlestick.

....sorry. Couldn't resist :P

Most heavy users will tell you the same. After about 4 hours of running Edomondo, Pulse, Tweetdeck, Beejive and Weatherbee (my most used apps), while listening to music, the phone is about 50% dead.

That's the thing, I have not changed my usage. Up until recently, I could pretty much expect to go a whole day with may some light recharging while driving.

Hm. That's strange. If you're not using a lot of apps at once, it may be the battery.
Are you running stock? Rooted? Custom ROM?
