Root "Something Went Wrong" Message

I'm not sure WTF is causing this but several times a day i get a little popup that only says "Something Went Wrong" and I lose data for several minutes. I'm rooted with 4ever root but this has only started happening in the last few weeks. Has anyone else had this issue??

Welcome to Android Forums, Lance.:)

I moved this thread to the "all things root" section of the Bionic forum where the people who understand root will see it, and hopefully they can help you.

Hi, ScorpionLance, and welcome to the forums.

Whenever the message pops up, anywhere on the message do you see an app listed, such as app.android.com? If so, could you tell us what exactly is listed?

Also, whenever this happens, are you doing anything in particular, or is it completely random? if random, what apps are running in the background?

I have been getting this message too on my HTC Evo 3D, which is running Android 2.3.4 and HTC Sense 3.0. My phone is not rooted. I've had the phone since July 2011, but I've only been getting the message for the last couple of months. The message flashes on the screen for a few seconds then quickly disappears, so it's hard to get a screenshot, but I finally got one.

At the time I made the screenshot, I was checking for updates, but it happens other times too. It seems to be completely random. I just got it again when I turned off the wifi access.

PS- I just discovered that this forum won't let new members post links, so I can't post a link to the screenshot. You can look it up on my Flickr site. I have the same username there (luv2run) and it's in the folder "Mobile Gadget Fun"
