Help something wrong with my antenna?

i am wondering if something is wrong with my triumph.. for the last 1-2 months i always have 1-2 out of 5 signal bars.
and my speed is at best 250-300 kbps download, 600-800 kbps upload.
running latest MIUI

what's your signal in decibels? don't judge signal by bars they are the most unaccurate way to tell your signal. I'm not sure where in the settings the signal is but it should be something like -xx dBm where "xx" is the signal. If it's -60 dBm that's basically a perfect signal and -120 dBm is basically no signal. But I don't see how your antenna would be screwed up. Those speeds are good.

That's my current speeds at my house (near mountains). Everywhere else is around 1-2MBPS down.
