Song Association Game

My dad worked for a local radio station when I was a kid and we had great adventures. When HH came to town my 2 older sisters got to go to the press conference/station promo. Had some great pics but they are seemingly lost to time. I went to the airport to pick Sonny and Cher up, Sonny bought me a candy bar from the vending machine lol.

Malted Milk - Eric Clapton

The only music celeb I met was Dorothy McGuire and it was well after the sisters' careers were over. I met her at Pasta Brioni, a very upscale restaurant in Phoenix. I had stepped out the back door to have a smoke of my pipe. She stepped out and was waiting on her driver to bring the car... it was lightly raining. I told her that I was a fan of her and her sisters work. She thanked me and said she enjoyed the aroma of my tobacco. We both parted company flattered. :)

One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer — Amos Milburn, also John Lee Hooker and his version was covered by George Thorogood

(Three drinks, and three singers)

Originally One Scotch, One Bourbon, One Beer and written by Rudy Toombs

Extra info provided because music is my life, and I love my life.

BTW, I like the John Lee Hooker version best.
