sony erricson experia x10 google login problem

I cant login to my google acount on the phone and google is part of the security feature but can login over the internet when i try login on the phone it says incorrect credentials which is wrong did not change anything on the account tried contacting google but they dont have no contact details i.e. email or phone nothing! someone please help

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some frustration with your phone. When you say you can't log into your Google account, do you mean through Gmail or the Market? Or is it the security lockout for the phone itself?

First, make sure the account you are using is the account that the phone is registered to. Then make sure you have a data connection available, either 3G or Wifi. If you can log into the account from your PC you might want to try changing the password there to force the phone to look for a new password. Be sure you reboot the phone to clear and caches. One other thing to look at is the password entry. I know some keyboard will treat a password field like any other test field and capitalize the first letter automatically.
