Alright, here is the strange problem. Mine would awake from sleep mode on its own. I tried turning on/off the key lock or password lock and the problem still exist. It happens after I press the top button to sleep mode and after a little while the phone would turn on on its own... anyone having the same problem?

This is generally based on third party applications, I suggest you go through any apps you have downloaded and checked if they have a wake screen setting that is turning the screen on.
