Soonr Scribbler

Got a new Galaxy Note 2 last week and have finally got it set up just exactly the way I like it. Just now really starting to learn the s pen. There's an app called Soonr Scribbler and if I'm understanding it correctly you can cut images from a web page or photo and then paste it into a note. When I tried downloading it, it said that my device wasn't compatible which didn't make any sense because I found out about it on You tube and she was using a galaxy note 2.

So, is the reason, my device isn't compatible is because At&t has yet to roll out the update for multi-tasking. If so, are there any other similar apps to soonr scribbler? Any idea when the update will roll out, if ever? At&t is so slow!
You may have seen this in a different section. I think it was for AT&t Note 1 so posting it here also. Sorry if it causes confusion.

You shouldn't need an app. If I'm understanding what you're trying to do, try holding down the button on the S-Pen and drawing a circle around what you want to clip from the webpage. It will save to the clipboard. Then open S-Note, hit the Insert button (looks like a photo frame with a plus sign), and choose Clipboard.
