Root Sooooo.. I think bricked my phone. Help?

I'm not really sure how this happened..
I followed all instructions on how to install custom roms (obviously maybe not?) Rooted Ally with Clockwork.
I installed Velocity Ginger Blue, everything went successful and proceeded to reboot; thinking I'd have my nice new blue themed rom.. but no, I'm stuck at the Verizon screen
I backed up and everything.. I tried doing factory reset and Clockwork recovery.. it comes up for 1 second and goes away and keeps coming back as I'm holding down the buttons..
Please help is there ANYTHING I can do to recover my phone?

I think you should download sdk and fastboot drivers. which you should already have if you were using tridents guide. With adb it almost makes the ally virtually unbrickable ....which every ally user should learn how to use in my opinion.

What android OS are you on?
what rom were you on?

to get out follow jwdrawe, but i think you got into the loop because those themes were made custom for velocity 1.0 and you tried them on stock FroYo...
