HELP! My option to sort contacts by first name is missing. I use companionlink to sync contacts from Outlook. They are sorted by first name in dejaoffice, but in my contacts on Android, they are sorted by last name, and when i hit menu, it does not give me any sort options. Please help!!!

What phone are you using? Not all Android phones have the option to customize the sort method. Most current Android phones should, however. DejaOffice is able to do this as it stores your contacts in its own database.
Hope that helps!
