Sorting People (Contacts)

On the Nexus One and I guess non-SenseUI, I could change how my contacts were sorted, "last, first" or "first last".

On the EVO, I can't seem to do that. But on Favorites in the 9x grid, it sorts them "first last". :(

Any ideas??

Is there a better favorites or people widget??
