Help Sound problem ;o(

hi all, my phone was working fine last night but today the sound has gone/stopped working on the keys as you press them..the settings are fine and all switched on..I took the battery out and tried again but its still the same..any thoughts please?

i also had issues with the phone taking around 15 mins to power off today ..found that un ticking the 'back up data to sd card' option in settings has helped the shut down time back to normal..

still have the sound problem, hoping tomorrow doesn't bring anything else!
