Help Sound volume

I just received my Epic 4G today. I am having an issue with the volume for notifications etc.

Normally on my old HTC phones when you press the volume up/down rocker the ringer and notification volume would be the same. The Samsung doesn't seem to do it that way. The ringer volume goes down but the notification volume is still high.

I went into the sound settings and clicked on volume and it shows different volume levels for everything.

How can I set the phone to put all of the volumes to match the ringer volume?

I think I've seen an app for that, but I can't remember what it was called. A friend of mine was using it on his phone.

A quick search of the market for "volume control" turns up a few of them though. Take a look and see if any of them look like they do what you want.
