Accessories soundgate m2 disk attachment

I just installed my Soundgate M2 car mount and really like it but I am having trouble keeping the disc attached to the back of the phone. Seems the rubbery surface of the phone doesn't like the glue.

Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to attach the disc to a case instead?

dd u wipe the surface with a alcohol wipe ?! u shouldnt have any problems ...i hope hat i came with moe than just 1 ... ithink imight have extra circles..since i used the M@ but i used the XWAY magnets instead... so if u need any..let me know
