This kernel has been tested on two zte warp sequent's mine and animus's. It is a source built kernel by The Awesome people over at #oudhitsquad or OUDH have done an awesome job and its much appreciated. This kernel has the ability of getting init.d, custom boot animation support, overclock and possible voltage control.

Flash with fastboot if you dont know how to do that then eh google.com might help lol.

*****We still need a fully working cwm, there are still some small errors with it ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP******

Dev-Host - boot.img - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service

If it fails always make sure to have backup of boot.img if you need one i have one available as well.

Kernel with Lagfree, smartassv2, lulzactive and sio and vr scheduler, confirmed working on my phone, here is the link.

Should I try this on warp 1 lol for real tho should I if it works then maybe other things would work

What are the commands to flash this boot img I need directions
I'm not gone lie I don't know, I should know the rules of the game
Before I chose to play, I take responsiblilty just need the right guidance n I can take care of the rest

okay if you know how to use adb then heres what you do, put the boot.img in the directory that you have adb in. Open up a command prompt as administrator, then type adb reboot bootloader, then it will go to a black screen with green android led should be red, then type fastboot flash boot boot.img

Make sure file you download is renamed to boot.img, after its done type fastboot reboot, and there you go.

In order to use adb make sure all correct drivers are installed, if they aren't search google android usb drivers 2012

thanks sean82007 it took like 1 min my drivers had to install that was it ,how is the cwm recovery coming along any site i can join to get real time updates instead of waiting weeks till it get posted i dont mind being a test dummy

there isn't a site for it, but the guys that are working on it are "The hit squad" there on freenode.eu channel #oudhitsquad

Im in there all the time with them testing as well as animus is sometimes there. The cwm is going to take a couple more days, the guy agat_ is porting a cm9 cwm over to work with our phone and will take a couple days he said yesterday. Get on there and chat. Have you tried the build.prop i made as well? It made a big difference with the phone.

Is there a way to make a back-up copy of my boot.img with adb and bootloader
before flashing yours?

hey how i use your custom build prop i personally was gone supercharge ,mine but the stock roms r odexed

Im sorry I don't understand how do you flash the build.prop or you are using it. My benchmark score jumped a good amount after I flashed it and let it run for a couple days. I created a thread here on details of how to boot it. I would suggest flashing cwm and creating a backup first. If you need a copy of the original build.prop I have one just let me know.

No need to flash the build.prop if you want, what I did was, downloaded your .prop to the sd-card then with root explorer I did a copy of my .prop and place it in a temp folder on the sd-card and then copy-paste-overwrite the new .prop into system folder. And it's working fine for me, more reception than before and better antutu score too. :D

I'm looking for testers, pm me.

This won't be simple.
And it might be late this weekend or Tuesday by time I get back to you. If you don't know how to logcat, you can find many guides on how to set it up . You will need to have that to test.

I always use adb or cwm for flashing because that way I know that the file is going exactly where its supposed to go.

do you need cwm to flash this ????? everytime i try to flash it in fastboot it gets stuck on waitin for device on command prompt am i doin something wroung or is it just that i have to install cwm?

ylove if it keeps saying waiting for device its because you do not have the correct drivers installed. When phone is connected before you fastboot, connect it with pc software or with usb mode only to install correct drivers. thats why it wont flash

ok so the drivers installed but now the problem is when i type fastboot flash boot boot.img it tells me can not load boot.img

edit: i figured it out thanks sean

Not sure if it was the kernel or not, but my microphone seem to not work anymore. Speakerphone calling, person cannot hear me and recording videos produces no sound

Ok flashing back to to stock boot.img did not solve the speakerphone issue. What now?

Edit: proper word to use would be is the "microphone" not working :P
