Help Spam messages

Hey guys I am getting spam messages on my real number. I use Google voice for all my text/phones calls and etc.

I am getting text from 6900,6368,6981,6936,6943 and etc. I reply STOP but they still keep on sending me messages saying I won a free item/gift card and etc. Any ideas on how to stop this?
