spb shell 3d Cracked (no root)

So i downloaded spb shell 3d 1.5.3 (cracked) for my xperia ray 2.3.4. I always get a message i didn't buy it thru the market so when i press the home button of my phone it directly go's to the stock launcher.. I know if you root the phone you can patch it, but ray's 2.3.4 is unrootable i think.. So anyone has any idea?
