hi guys.

ive tried this when i was on froyo and at first it was great.. the widgets and the UI were fantastic. After a while it got too slow and i had to get rid of it.

what i wanna know is if anyone has tried this on a custom rom and if it has made any difference to the speed.

i havent flashed any cfw to my phone yet, but if spb shell 3d would work well i would be more than tempted.

also if you are or have used it on cfw then which one are you using?

Custom ROMS are generally tweaked to perform better than stock so technically, it should make things smoother.

Never used SPB though so I can't really say for sure.
 
might just bite the bullet and go for it, worst case scenario i end up with a custom rom which will still be better than the stock one ive got from htc...
