Help Speaker Activating on Call Start Problem

Well here's a new one.

My stupid DX2 is starting every call on speaker. If I answer a call: speaker. If I dial out: speaker. What's the deal? I don't know what I could have done.

I can only suggest factory reset. If the problem continues, take it back to Verizon and let them know.
