So my Nexus was working fine for most of the day. Then two things happened. First, when I tried to do a voice search, it never picked up anything. It just showed a message that said something like "No speech heard." It didn't matter how much I yelled at the phone, nothing. Second, the phone stopped playing music/media over the speaker. When I plus in headphones, music plays fine. Also, the speaker works for phone calls and Visual Voicemail, just not music or videos.
So what should I do? Factory reset?
