I exchanged my Fascinate for a new one last week because of a different problem, and on the new one, I noticed a buzz from the speaker during phone calls. The only thing I had done different than the old one was flash Birdman's Barebones kernel - I loved the notification buttons! I was thinking about going to Verizon about the buzz issue, so I flashed back to the stock kernel and unrooted. Then just out of curiosity, I tried making a few phone calls and so far haven't heard the buzz anymore. Is this just coincidence or does anybody know if the Barebones kernel could cause the buzz? Not sure if I posted this in the right forum....... Sorry to all if I didn't.
