+1 on this. Its the only problem i have with the phone. I wonder if it is just a low quality speaker, or if we can turn it up with an app? I just don't want to blow the speaker.

Yeah, there are things, that should work on both devices, so try and report!

UPDATE:


I can confirm o_splatterhand's volume mod working on JB. There is a gain in volume that I noticed from the phone speaker.

The link to the mod is in post #5 if anyone wants to use it.
