Help speaker phone

I have the samsung galaxy prevail.

when i have this phone on speakerphone it cause a echoing
It seems that no matter who I call or who calls me regardless of cell phone or home phone the person I am talking to says that they can hear themselves echoing on the other end. I personally do not hear the echo only they do, and only hear themselves echo.

anyone have this happen to them and if so how did you fix it.

This what I have done so far I have done soft and hard reset I also update to the 2.36 which I shouldn't have not and none of these worked. So is there something wrong with the speakerphone or mic or what.
I have sent boostmobile a e-mail those jerks never e-mail me back.

Nope my phone is working just fine.
