Speaker quality?

I'm currently using the new HTC Inspire and love the phone except for its speakers. It says Dolby SRS, but it sounds terrible.....very distorted sound.

Can someone link me to reviews which covers the audio quality? I looked around and don't hear much about it and it's glanced over in the reviews I've read.

One of the videos I watched on YouTube mentioned speaker quality and said it was very good. I'm sorry, I don't remember which one it was, though.
 
Speaker/sound quality is of particular interest to me also. Hoping for some hands-on reviews soon.
 
my advice to you would be to get to a vzw early on launchday and download tunee and dl a song you like and crank it up and hear for yourself... everyone has an opinion but your personal opinion is the only one that matters... people are always amazed how loud my incredible is compared to their iphones and droid x... but its simple acoustics with the funny back plate that it is louder when I place it on a hard surface
 
I have both the Dinc and DX - the Dinc has better, louder sound than the DX. There are times, other than listening to tunes, where a louder, better sounding speaker is a big plus. I am going to wait until we hear feedback from actual users anyway. I actually really like my DX overall and am not sure the Tbolt is a big enough upgrade to warrant the change currently.

I have the HTC Inspire and the quality of the speaker is poor and distorted. At middle setting of sound, the sound is low and ok, but setting it up 1 or 2 more notches so you can hear it, then it becomes distored and tinny.

Don't believe any of those guys... Black Man X, Benn, Jerry, Jay, Silent Bob... whoever. Go test it out for yourself before buying. It's the only way to be sure.
