Help Speaker replaced, now no sound??

So my speaker has been blown for months and I finally bought a Nokia speaker to replace it. Link below

NEW speaker buzzer for NOKIA 6120C 6300 E71 E63 N95 - eBay (item 220707269969 end time Jun-03-11 23:14:20 PDT)

The install went smooth, and I put the new speaker in. Well I have no sound with the speaker. I tried flipping it and nothing. Is it suppose to go in a certain way? I put the old one in and it still wont work. What did I mess up????

Ugh, this is ****ing frustrating. I put the blown speaker in and got it working, I guess I installed it wrong. Then I installed the Nokia speaker and it worked once and sounded like shit. Now it won't work at all again. Can someone please help me out???

Bump, looks like when I asked for insurance the guy didn't add it so I'm stuck with this phone. I'm not looking to upgrade to an inc2 yet so I'd like to get this fixed...
