Help Speakers always on while calling!!

Hey! I just got my device and whenever I try to call somebody or somebody is calling me, the speakers are always on and I have to turn them off. It's pretty annoying, so isn't there anyway I could keep them turned off?

just try to reset your unit, that's what i did, HTC has a facebook account you can relay your problem to them, they have the hotline number for you to call them for assistance

btw, turning the unit off is different from resetting the unit...i hope you be able to solve your problem

hi i want to correct what i posted earlier, it should be restart the unit not reset.
