Speaking of features disappearing from your phone...

Luckily with the TB you get HTC sense, which has facebook for htc sense, which means we won't be affected by this at all!
 
That's a non-issue to me anyway. I don't WANT FB syncing with my Contacts anyway. I turn that feature off on my Incredible. The only gamestopper for me is I don't even have the friggin' phone AT ALL! REGARDLESS of the features!!!!

From my understanding Google is wanting FB to allow the contacts to be able to sync with your Google account and not just the phone. So we will see if FB is willing to allow that. I can see FB and Google working it out, it shouldn't be that big of a deal IMHO.

I do agree with you that Google is in the right on this one though.
 
The only thing I want facebook to do to my contacts is to sync the pictures. Syncmypix takes care of that though.
