Accessories Special OTG Cable

Is there a OTG cable for the Moto G that is thin, flat, flexable and can be mounted on the back of the phone without getting in the way, as well as having a port on it's self so I can plug it in and have the phone charge, and while I am at it a very thin and flat SDcard reader. I know it sounds crazy, but this lack of storage is annoying (I am use to the Galaxy S series with built in SDCard Slot. (and no I am not want to install a slot and risk destroying my phone.

I have not see anything like that, but I've seen others wanting a case with a built in SD card slot.

Have you looked at a Meenova? It's not what you describe, but is probably the smallest OTG SD card reader.
