Specify the Appname & Icon per User

[CritterLes]

Has anyone ever tried to let the user specify the App Name and the Icon that would be used for the App? I.E 3 different users would have the same App but all three Apps would have a different name and Icon.
Any Ideas how this could be done from the App itself?
I know there are Apps that could change these after they are installed but I would like to offer this as part of the original app.
Thanks for any suggestions
