Maybe not an M8 specific issue?
I use default messaging app & keyboard. More than half the time when I try to use the speech to text for sms, it returns an error "cannot connect to google at the moment". I try again and sometimes it works, most it doesn't, then I give up after like 4 tries. Browser google connects perfectly fine. Happens on both wifi or 4G.
Works great IF it connects but why is it so flaky? Want to use it all the time but this error is holding me back...
