Help Speed Dial Question

It doesnt. Best options are either use favorites or place direct dial shortcuts on home screen or in a folder on your home screen.
 
Hold/long press and then drag and drop accordingly. To a folder, to the bottom icon on the slide-up menu if u want them deleted.
