Speed dial screen

On the screen where you can one touch to call a favorite friend, how do you delete a friend? I don't want to delete them off my phone, just the one touch screen. When I long press it lights up the whole "post it" with all the friends and wants to remove all of them.

Thanks-
D

If you are talking about the HTC People Widget... than you have to remove them from your favorites.... Select the phone and on the bottom right hand corner you will have the favorites icon... with the <3
