Help Speed dial?

Anyone know if I can do speed dial on this phone? I've used a number of un-activated Android phones as wi-fi/app machines, but this is the first legit Android I've used for phone calls.

I can't find a way to set up speed dials. I keep several of my close family set to speed dial, and it would suck royally if I can't do this. I don't care to have to browse the "favorites" just to find someone. I just want to push-hold "2". Can't figure it out.

Don't think it will do speed dials like you are wanting, but all is not lost. You can use a direct dial widget for each contact, or you can make the contacts you used to have as speed dials into favorites and then access them from the favorites tab on the dialer page.

Yeah I saw the "favorites" tab but that's nowhere near as simple as speed dial.

The direct dial stuff is a good idea though, I will probably use that.

put your direct dials a couple screens off your home... so you dont pocket call people lol
