Help Speed dials

Hi people, Is it possable to put speed dials on the dialer key pad?

lol good point never tried it and cant find a way

although android has a favs option so you could just use that?

True dude true,it just makes it easy when in the car holding a button to call home. One touch dialing

oh yeah lol, maybe something should be put through to the android devs as its vanilla android dialer

search for aContacts on the market. it got speed dial amongst other cool features
and the dev keeps upgrading it when he can.

I would think there would a widget/shortcut option for this, but I haven't found one yet.

I tried adding a contact to the home screen as a shortcut, but it still is a two click process to dial them.

with anycut it's one click to dial, assuming screen is not locked.
