Help Speed~ Hesitation ~Stutters.... What's up?

So I downloaded "Personal budget droid" and a Mortgage Calculator. My phone has had major hesitation since then. I installed both, but still no change. They were simple Apps, I shouldn't have to remove them. But I did. Now what?

Any ideas. It even types really slow, flipping through screens is also stalling...

Have you rebooted since un-installing them?
