I did a speed test last night and I got a high of 25 mbps download and 40 mbps upload...see my picture for the results.
Is this normal?

The speed test app has a bug in it that will show a higher upload speed then it should. Not sure what is wrong but the upload should never be higher then the download.
I used the app and my down was 12.52 and my up was 2.63 on 4G...

Apparently the problem is the size of packets Thunderbolt is sending on the upstream side. Ookla is working on the fix.

Try downloading a file, not youtube or some other app, try just going to a site where there's a downloadable file. That's your best bet for a speed test.
