Help speeding up Pandora

So I just downgraded my phone from the iphone 4 to htc droid incredible for Verizon. Problem is that I used my iphone for Pandora at the gym all the time, and it looked like a charm, but I have noticed with the droid, it seems to take a little while for the phone to just load the next song, while my old iphone 4 just loaded up right away. So i am wondering if there is anyway to speed up Pandora on my droid so it works like it did on the iphone, or is there a way to just make my droid run faster so that problem doesn't occur.

Honestly, why don't you use slacker? I am pretty sure its built in and if not you can download it from market. Besides, its alot better than pandora and I have never had a problem with it. Slacker is basically like Pandora.
