speeds going up

im in new york,ny and i went for sat class today when i got a sweet surprise my internet was acting vary speedy and snappy, so i went on to do a speed test i i was getting all 8mb it even went up to 10 before it regulated at 8.this was at 66 street so im thinking they are slowly increasing the speeds in places because uptown i got the same 4mb speed i always get. ill get screen shots up as soon as i can(by the way whats the screen shot buttons for number 2 rom).

if anyone working at metro knows of the speed increase give more info plz

and **** i flashed bata 5 and the speeds are gone.and i can only bring my phone to school again on sat prep Saturday

I live about a mile away from your school, this is the speed I get on #2 Beta 5.

As far as I recall yeah I'd usually get 3-6Mbps.

Sometimes it'll go higher, like so.
