Guys, could you post your area please? So other people may know about coverage.

I can't take a pic right now, because I'm holding off on rooting, but my speed varies a lot from 800Kbps to 1500Kbps, and higher tan 200 for Ping on 33463 West Palm Beach.

I don't mean to sound like a jerk. I have used MetroPCS for years. Since the beginning, and they only reason why I am not with them now is because I am now on my company's plan and they pay for it, but after seeing the posts on downloads speeds, I would have been ecstatic coming from a rooted Eris to this., but holy crap Batman, I have download speeds of 20MB plus on Verizon. Metro needs to really bump up the speeds on this.

It costs a ton of money to pay for Verizon's data plan as well.

I'll get a screen shot. What should I use for taking a screen shot with a non rooted phone? I understand wanting proof. I was shocked. I know the data plan is expensive, but since I'm not paying it I really love it. I had a choice between AT&T or Verizon and I chose Verizon.

Here is a screen shot of my results. Not the 20+mps, but I did the other day but accidentally deleted the results when messing with the app. 15mbps in this picture is the top. I used ShootMe, which is free and is for none rooted phones. Great app.

I exported my Speedtest results to Excel. I have a sample of 67 speed tests taken throughout the South Florida area, using mostly Miami and Tallahassee servers. The average download on LTE is 2.6Mbps and upload is 2.1Mbps.

Here in Dallas while driving...

You only get those speeds because that is where the main corporate headquarters is. The CEOs want fast 4G. There should be some kind of law against that, their service should be consistent in every market. Can you imagine the outrage there would be if Verizon or AT&T pulled that shit?

that was only with 2 bars, but once i get 4 bars the speeds double...but remember they are still working on 4g in different areas through out the states. And it's not that the corp office is down here, you might want to youtube some results thats not in dallas. But it also clearly states on metro page you AREA and their Coverage has alot to do with it.
