Help Spellcheck box keeps moving up and down while typing

[tomf]

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have searched this site and google with no links so I wonder if this is a problem only I am having. While I am entering anything into my phone using the touch screen, the little box that suggests words keeps bouncing from its normal position to the top of the screen and back. Anyone know how to fix this?
