If you can get it off, use scotch tape where there is dirt/dust. That's worked for me on past various screen protectors.
 
Unfortunately these are not meant to be removed. Glass screen protectors are a lot better than plastic ones once they are properly installed, but if you mess it up (e.g. don't get it straight or get dirt under it) it's tough luck.
