Spit & Bubble gum fix for WIFI..

Well not spit and gum but..alumim foil and a plastic buckit
I lined a gallon buckit with foil and stuck my $500 phone in it
And pulled a WIFI signal to me from 40 feet away. I'm looking
Ugly but surfing free. Does any one know wy this workes?
I was the one who was 30 feet from wifi spot (INFUSE USER)

The foil magnifies the phones wifi reach. People usually put their router's antenna (kinda old) into a cut out soda can and it really helps with signal.

Personally...I just went and bought a better router
