Root Splash image

Flashing the Minimal Triumph rom changed my boot splash to a different one. i really dont like it but its staying even going back to other roms.

its my phone, i want either the motorola logo back or be able to put my own there.

it clearly can be changed, so how do i do it manually?

boot your phone into download mode (vol down + power) and plug it into your computer. then put the splash.img you want into the mobile/image folder that gets mounted when plugged into the computer. once copied over, pull battery, and reboot normally. you should now see your boot logo.
